The Chinese people come together to eat at this time. The foods they prepare for new years are traditional and delicious. Some examples that they cook for this time of year are Chinese Dumplings, Fish, Spring Rolls, and Nian Gao. The foods stated above are not only the most delicious they are the most common to be cooked at this time.
